Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is a Delhi-based roaster and café company. The company’s own account dates its start as a roaster to 2013, and press profiles name its founders as Matt Chitharanjan, Namrata Asthana and Shivam Shahi.
Blue Tokai describes its coffee as fresh, single-estate, 100% Arabica from farms across India. A 2022 profile described a processing unit in Tamil Nadu that buys coffee cherries from small farmers nearby, paying a premium for ripeness and a further premium for volume.
